A non refundable deposit of 50% of the fee must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

A booking is not considered final until the online booking form has been completed, a deposit has been received and all funds are cleared by the bank.

Any cancellation will result in the loss of the booking fee.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event will require payment in full, within 7 days.

All outstanding fees are payable in cash or by cheque (only with a guarantee card) on the day of the function.

We require access to the function /venue room at least 90 minutes prior to the start time and 60 minutes to pack up and vacate the venue.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the venue is equipped with at least one working standard double socket.

We reserve the right to cancel our services should we discover that the venue is unsuitable or dangerous. In these circumstances no refund will be given.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure the good conduct of their guests. If at any time before or during the event we deem our persons or property to be under threat, we reserve the right to terminate our services without further notice. In these circumstances no refund will be made.

The client is responsible for any malicious damage or theft of equipment caused by guests, the client will be responsable for pursuing the matter with the individuals involved.

The person named as the client on the booking form is responsible for all payments due to the disco. Payment will be required at the start of each function.

The clients will provide adult supervision of any children attending the event. The supervising adults will ensure that the children do not interfere with the disco equipment or prevent the DJ from performing his duties of playing music and organising games (if required).

If the event is to be held outdoors we reserve the right to cancel/delay our services if there is insufficient weather/waterproof cover. It is the clients responsibility to provide a safe power supply.

If the client requests the DJ to play extra time, this will be charged at £20 per Half hour and only with permission of the venue manager/owner.

ProShows Professional Discos use only projector type lighting effects, we do not use strobe lighting that can effect epilepsy sufferers.

If we are notified off guests with any conditions effected by our lighting/smoke effects, We reserve the right not to use lighting/smoke effects, In these circumstances no refund will be given.
